The Mantovani Realty organization, as we know it today, has been serving the South Florida real estate market for over three decades. Established in 1972 by Kenneth J. Mantovani, Jr. as a commercial and industrial real estate development and sales corporation, Mantovani Realty has expanded its presence throughout the state of Florida and the country.

The Mantovani family has developments from Medley, Orlando, and Ocala to Lakeland and Groveland, Florida.

In the South, developments span from Kennesaw, Hiawassee and Blairsville, Georgia to Warne, Hayesville and Gamer, North Carolina as well as Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our presence continues through the northeast to Grove City and Mars and into Chicago, Illinois, across the country to Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, and Denver, Colorado.
